Heat waves – or at least 7 ways to enjoy this bearable
As I write this the U.S. Northeast, a severe heat wave. He hit more than 100 times near the coast of New Hampshire! We set all-time record temperature. Now I do not care how much of the rest is summer, but everyone else seems to be complaining big time. Here are some ways to make the heat bearable, and maybe even fun!
1) Go to a movie. Air cinemas tend to have wonderful facilities, and in the heat of the day could be a matineething. We took the kids to a movie for children that afternoon, and was also fun for adults – and very cool! I only go to the theater often and see what the movie is playing. Some of my favorite movies were, I never heard before.
2) go swimming. Perhaps you have a pool or a friend or neighbor, but I prefer the heavy seas. One could, as a lake or river. Swimming, although not for years, is wonderfully refreshing. I tend to vary more fromswimming in the water, but it's all good. my children can hang in the water all day if it is hot, a second I'm fine for a few hours myself.
3) set up a sprinkler on the lawn and walk in it. My children love to do it. They are aware of sunstroke and overheating, but this is a great way to cool. And not just for kids! Adults, parents and even grandparents, but also enjoy.
4) you eat less! Eating makes you hot as it needs energy to digest food. I'm hungry, asalways in heat, but it seems easier to eat less and work more cool you think, or at least less hot. If you eat lighter fare is also committed to remain calm. Watermelon is a favorite place!
5) visit the library and read. Cool will probably end up exploring the types of books you normally had never read, and it is pleasing to many of us. Well, if you're not a player, do not worry, however, go shop at the mall.
6) Air conditioning and fans, I need to say more? Do not expect to buyduring a heat wave, because they often sell out, but if they have first to be OK.
7) cold drinks are especially good blender drinks!
